Step 2:

 

Add the desired amount of coffee in the filter.  It can be ground finer than normal.

Step4:

 

Fold flaps over to close.

Place filter into the plunger and fold the flaps outside.

Step 3:

 

Add water just off the boil (90C - 95C)

 

Avoid spilling water on the flaps.

 

Step 5:  

 

Allow the coffee to brew, then push the plunger down as normal.
